The brief

The objective was to create a Facebook business profile that reflects the Rock Business Centre’s professional yet approachable atmosphere. The posts needed to create awareness and drive traffic to the website, with the main CTA being to make an enquiry.

The Role

As the only designer on this project, I owned the entire creative process from strategy to execution — covering visual design, brand development, typography selection, colour palette, pattern creation, photography style direction, and content creation.

Approach

The approach centred on building a credible, consistent Facebook presence for Rock Business Centre from the ground up. This began with setting up and designing their Facebook page, establishing a visual style that reflected the business property brand and would resonate with prospective tenants. From there, the focus shifted to an ongoing programme of branded post design and monthly ad campaigns — each planned and executed with a clear objective: putting Rock Business Centre’s properties in front of the right people, at the right time, in the right way.

Outcome

The impact of the work was clear and measurable. Rock Business Centre now attributes all but one of its current tenants to Facebook advertising — a result that speaks directly to the value of showing up consistently, creatively, and strategically on social media. The client was thrilled with both the quality of the work and the real-world results it delivered, and the relationship has grown into an ongoing monthly retainer.
