LAW3463: Cross-Border Litigation

Undergraduate – Trimester 1 2024

Cross-Border Litigation (previously Private International Law) deals with legal relationships and litigation that raise issues which cross borders, whether national and state. It raises three questions: jurisdiction, judgments, and choice of law.


LAW8718: International Family Law

Postgraduate – Summer 2022

International Family Law deals with the private international law of Australia as it applies to questions of marriage (and other adult relationships), annulment and divorce, property and maintenance, and parental responsibility.


HIS1115: Legal History

Undergraduate and Postgraduate – Trimester 1 2023

Legal History and its complementary course, Advanced Legal History, are compulsory first year courses in the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Juris Doctor (JD) programmes at UniSQ.
